ORDERED that this case is set for a remote trial at a time and date certain of Tuesday, June 7, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, during the Court's June 6, 2022 Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania trial session. The parties need not appear at the calendar call on June 6, 2022. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall serve on the parties a Notice of Remote Proceeding that shall contain comprehensive instructions on how to participate in the trial scheduled for June 7, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time.
