This case is calendared for trial at the Trial Session of the Court set to commence on October 24, 2022, in Dallas, Texas.

On July 13, 2022, counsel for petitioners filed with the Court Petitioners' (Unopposed) Motion to Transfer Place of Trial to El Paso, Texas. Petitioners' counsel informed the Court that Dallas, Texas was marked as the place of trial in error, and counsel resides in El Paso, Texas. Counsel for petitioners also informed the Court that respondent has no objection to the granting of this motion.

Upon due consideration, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that Petitioners' (Unopposed) Motion to Transfer Place of Trial to El Paso, Texas, filed on July 13, 2022, is granted, in that:

a) This case is hereby stricken from the Court's Trial Session set to commence on October 24, 2022, in Dallas, Texas;
b) This case is returned to the general docket; and
c) The place of trial be changed from Dallas, Texas to El Paso, Texas.
