Aug 22, 1990
568 So. 2d 934 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1990)

Opinion

No. 89-2818.

August 22, 1990.

Appeal of a non-final order from the Circuit Court for Palm Beach County; Karen L. Martin, Judge.

Shelley H. Leinicke of Wicker, Smith, Blomqvist, Tutan, O'Hara, McCoy, Graham Lane, P.A., Fort Lauderdale, for appellant.

Fred A. Hazouri of Babbitt Hazouri, P.A., and Larry Klein of Klein Walsh, P.A., West Palm Beach, for appellee.

Appellant, Fellows Corporation, appeals a non-final order denying its motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction. We have considered the record presented to the trial court and here, and find no error demonstrated therein.

Accordingly, the order appealed from is affirmed.

DOWNEY, DELL and WARNER, JJ., concur.
