STEVEN FELLER & LOUISE FELLER, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Christian N. Weiler Judge

On March 16, 2024, the Court extended the time within which the parties shall file a status report identifying those projects for which discovery will be conducted.

On April 12, 2024, the parties separately filed status reports informing the Court that they have met and conferred on several occasions. Respondent's counsel report states that he has forwarded a Stipulation of Settled Issues to petitioners which identifies, inter alia, the projects that will serve as a sample for initial discovery and trial. Petitioners' counsel's report seeks an additional two-weeks' time to discuss the proposed stipulation with his clients before filing a status report. Respondent's counsel does not object to a two-week extension.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that the time within which the parties shall file a status report identifying those projects for which discovery will be conducted is extended to April 26, 2024.
