STIPULATION AND ORDER AMENDING BRIEFING SCHEDULE


In light of the recent appointment of counsel for the Petitioner, and in light of the Respondent's recent filing and service of copies of Petitioner's administrative file,

IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED that counsel for Petitioner will file and serve by February 14, 2003, an Amended Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus; and that Respondent will file and serve by March 3, 2003, an Amended Return.

The parties having so agreed, the above is SO ORDERED. The Clerk is directed to send copies of this Order to all counsel of record, and to Judge Lasnik.
