EDWARD FELICIANO & L. FELICIANO, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge

On March 25, 2024, the Court entered an Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction in this case on the ground that petitioners had failed to submit the filing fee. On April 1, 2024, petitioners paid the filing fee. However, further review of the record shows that, to date, petitioners have not ratified and affirmed the filing of the Petition in this case as previously directed by the Court's Order served February 12, 2024.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the Court's Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction entered in this case is hereby vacated and set aside. It is further

ORDERED that the time within which petitioners shall file a ratification of petition is extended to May 6, 2024. Failure to file a ratification by the foregoing date may result in the dismissal of this case or other appropriate action by the Court. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall attach to this Order a form that petitioners may use for purposes of ratifying and affirming the filing of the Petition.

RATIFICATION OF PETITION

We, Edward Feliciano and L. Feliciano, have read the Petition filed with the Court on January 29, 2024, and do hereby ratify and affirm the filing of said document by affixing our signatures hereto.
