Respondents having moved for an extension of time to file and serve a brief on the appeal taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court, Onondaga County, entered March 10, 2021,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted and the time is extended to December 27, 2021, and

It is further ORDERED that the appeal is removed from the Court's day calender for January 13, 2022, and is added to the term of this Court commencing February 14, 2022.
