Appeal, No. 176, Jan. T., 1946, from decree of C. P., No. 7, Phila. Co., Sept. T., 1945, No. 880, in case of Samuel Feldman v. Sophie Blofstein, also known as Sophie Blufstein. Decree affirmed at bar.

Bill in equity. Before SLOANE, J.

Decree entered in favor of plaintiff. Defendant appealed.
