Herbert Feist, Appellant v. Director of Pardons and Paroles, Appellee

FROM THE DISTRICT COURT OF TRAVIS COUNTY, 353RD JUDICIAL DISTRICT
NO. D-1-GN-17-004316 , THE HONORABLE TIM SULAK, JUDGE PRESIDING MEMORANDUM OPINION

On January 11, 2018, this Court gave notice to appellant that it appears there was no appealable order or judgment entered by the trial court and therefore this Court lacks jurisdiction. Appellant responded that interlocutory orders are appealable but did not provide or indicate the order he attempts to appeal. Because there is no appealable order, we dismiss this attempted appeal for want of jurisdiction. See Lehmann v. Har-Con Corp., 39 S.W.3d 191, 195 (Tex. 2001); Tex. Civ. Prac. & Rem. Code § 51.014 (authorizing appeals from certain interlocutory orders).
