Appeal from an order granting the examination before trial of defendant, through its president. Order modified on the law by striking therefrom items 10, 11, 12, 16, 17, and 21 and, as so modified, the order, insofar as appealed from, is affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements to appellant, the examination to proceed on five days' notice. The items struck out were improper. Close, P.J., Hagarty, Carswell, Johnston and Taylor, JJ., concur.
