Motion by the appellants on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered August 24, 2011, pursuant to CPLR 5518 and 6312(b) to vacate stated portions of the order and to modify the undertaking required by the order entered August 24, 2011, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
