We grant petitioner's petition for writ of prohibition on the authority of Marlin v. Williams, 385 So.2d 1030 (Fla. 4th DCA), review denied, 392 So.2d 1381 (Fla. 1980) and Funt v. Nadler, 530 So.2d 1107 (Fla. 3d DCA 1988). We direct respondent to enter an order recusing himself from further participation in these proceedings.

PROHIBITION GRANTED.
