Separate appeals having been taken to this Court from the order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about May 12, 2020 (Case No. 2020-02943), and from the order, same court, entered on or about August 28, 2019 (Case No. 2020-00917), and defendants-appellants having moved to renew their motion (M-2351) to consolidate the appeals and for an extension of time in which to perfect same,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of extending defendants-appellants' time in which to perfect the appeals to the May 2021 Term of this Court, with no further extensions to be granted. That branch of the motion seeking consolidation of the appeals is denied as unnecessary (see 22 NYCRR 1250.9(f)(3)). Entered: December 8, 2020
