This case is calendared for trial at the March 11, 2024, Hartford, Connecticut, Trial Session of the Court.

On February 16, 2024, respondent filed a Motion for Leave to File Out of Time Motion for Summary Judgment (motion for leave) and lodged a Motion for Summary Judgment (motion). Petitioner's views on the granting of respondent's motion for leave are unknown. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Leave to File Out of Time Motion for Summary Judgment is granted, and the Clerk of the Court shall file respondent's Motion for Summary Judgment, lodged 2/16/2024, as of the date of this Order. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Summary Judgment, filed February 20, 2024, is set for hearing at the trial session of the Court commencing on March 11, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. in Room 619, 6th Floor, of the Federal Building & U.S. Courthouse, 450 Main Street, Hartford, Connecticut 06103.
