In this personal-injury action, appellant Betsy Federici appeals from the trial court’s judgment entered on a jury verdict in favor of defendant Michael Halley. An opinion would have no precedential value. We have, however, furnished the parties with a memorandum, for their information only, setting forth the reasons for our decision. We affirm the trial court’s judgment. Rule 84.16(b)(5).
