2. Plaintiff's Proposed Preliminary Injunction With Asset Freeze, Appointment of a Permanent Receiver, and Other Equitable Relief, submitted on October 19, 2005 and revised by Plaintiff, is ENTERED with respect to Defendant USA Beverages, Inc. (Florida).
