ORDER TO COMPEL PUREPAC PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANY TO PRODUCE THE IDENTITY OF ITS SUPPLIERS OF LORAZEPAM API AND ITS LORAZEPAM CUSTOMERS


Upon consideration of the parties motion to compel Purepac Pharmaceutical Company to Produce Documents, IT IS Hereby ORDERED:

That Purepac Pharmaceuticals Company produce data and documents without redacting

(1) the identity of any active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) manufacturer or any agent of any API manufacturer from whom Purepac either did or tried to purchase lorazepam API and

(2) identity of its lorazepam customers.
