Appeal from the Circuit Court of Cook county; the Hon. Michael Feinberg, Judge, presiding. Heard in the first division of this court for the first district at the February term, 1928.

Reversed with a finding of facts and judgment here in favor of the plaintiff and against the defendant in the sum of $2,523.98.
