Action to foreclose a mortgage on certain of the named defendant's real property, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Hartford-New Britain at New Britain, where the court, Berger, J., granted the plaintiff's motion for summary judgment; thereafter, the court rendered judgment of foreclosure by sale, from which the named defendant appealed to this court. Affirmed.
