THIS MATTER having come before the Court on Plaintiffs' Motion for Leave to File Sur-Reply in Opposition to Defendant's Motion to Dismiss or, in the Alternative, for Summary Judgment, the Court noting the concurrence of counsel for Defendant and being otherwise sufficiently advised in the premises,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiffs' motion is GRANTED and that Plaintiffs shall have leave to file the sur-reply accompanying Plaintiffs' motion.
