ORDER GRANTING JOINT MOTION FOR ENLARGEMENT OF DISCOVERY DEADLINE


THIS MATTER having come before the Court upon the joint motion of the parties for an enlargement of time to complete certain specific depositions in the above-referenced case, this Court finding tat the parties have acted diligently and in good faith in attempting to schedule and complete the necessary discovery, and otherwise being sufficiently advised in this matter:

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the discovery deadline in this case is enlarged for the limited purpose of completing the following depositions as scheduled:

A. Dr. Ann Reitz;

B. Dr. Robert C. Henry;

C. Angie Rotrack, R.N.;

D. Dr. Richard L. Gerety;

B. Dr. Ross Zumwalt.

All these depositions shall be completed by March 21, 2002.
