ORDER
Upon consideration of the motion of plaintiff Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation to enforce the subpoena duces tecum accompanying its Amended Notice of Deposition of the law firm of Patton Boggs LLP pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 30(b)(6) dated June 6, 2001; the Opposition of Patton Boggs LLP thereto; the record presently before the Court in relation thereto; and in accordance with the proceedings thereon in open court of July 25, 2002, it is, this 25th day of July, 2002,
ORDERED, that the motion to enforce the subpoena duces tecum is granted in part; and it is
FURTHER ORDERED, that Patton Boggs LLP shall, not less than sixty (60) days prior to any such deposition as rescheduled, produce to plaintiffs counsel all documents in its possession or subject to its control that conform to the description of the "communications" referred to in paragraphs (a), (b), and (c), and the "contacts" referred to in paragraphs (d), (e), and (F), of the Amended Rule 30(b)(6) Notice of Deposition, and being identified as the "topics" as to which the designated Patton Boggs LLP Witnesses will be expected to testify; and it is
FURTHER ORDERED, that this Order is stayed until September 1, 2002, to permit Patton Boggs LLP to apply to the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas, Houston Division, for a Protective order with respect thereto; and it is
FURTHER ORDERED, that compliance with the remainder of the subpoenaduces tecum is stayed, and the motion to enforce held in abeyance, Pending further Order of this Court.
