Decision by equally divided court — affirmance.
Action in the district court for Watonwan county by Carl and Edward Feder, copartners as Feder Lumber Company, to recover $522.66 for lumber sold and delivered to defendant. The case was tried before Harry A. Johnson, Judge, and a jury, and a verdict returned for plaintiff. From an order denying its alternative motion for judgment or a new trial, defendant appealed. Affirmed without opinion by equally divided court.

This is an action to recover $522.66 for lumber sold and delivered. Plaintiff had a verdict. Defendant appeals from the order denying its motion in the alternative for a judgment notwithstanding the verdict or a new trial.
