Petitioner-appellant having applied for an extension of time to perfect the appeals taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Erie County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on May 26, 2016,

It is hereby ORDERED that the application is granted and petitioner-appellant shall file the original stipulated or settled records and ten briefs on the appeals, together with proof of service, on or before February 2, 2017, and in the event of failure to so perfect the appeals are hereby dismissed without further order.
