An appeal having been taken from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about October 26, 2016, And, plaintiff-appellant having moved, inter alia, to stay the aforesaid order, Now, upon reading and filing the stipulation of the parties hereto, dated February 13, 2017, and filed with this Court on February 21, 2017, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that plaintiff-appellant's motion is withdrawn in accordance with the aforesaid stipulation.
