ORDERED that the motion is denied, without costs, and it is further

ORDERED that the cross motion to dismiss the appeal from the order of Supreme Court, Delaware County, dated June 7, 2019 is granted, without costs, and it is further

ORDERED that the cross motion to dismiss the appeal from the judgment of said court, dated July 30, 2019 is denied, without costs.
