This case is calendared for trial at the remote Trial Session of the Court scheduled to commence on December 4, 2023.

On November 15, 2023, docket entry 17, respondent filed with the Court a Status Report which indicates that the parties have reached a settlement in this case, resulting in a deficiency of $5,361.00 and no penalty under I.R.C. § 6662(a). Respondent sent the petitioner proposed settlement documents and anticipates filing settlement documents within 30 days.

After due consideration, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by this Division of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the December 4, 2023, remote Trial Session of the Court, and this case is continued. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before December 18, 2023, the parties shall submit decision documents or file a Joint Status Report (or, if that is not possible, then separate reports) with the Court as to the then present status of this case.
