ORDER

This case was on the Court's San Francisco, California, October 28, 2021 trial session. At the conclusion of the trial, the Court ordered a briefing schedule for the parties, those dates were: respondent's opening brief by January 31, 2022, petitioners' answering brief by March 31, 2022, and respondent's reply brief by April 29, 2022. On January 28, 2022 Respondent asked to extend the time of that briefing schedule. It is therefore

ORDERED that Respondent's January 28, 2022 motion for extension of time is granted. The briefing schedule shall be: respondent's opening brief by April 1, 2022, petitioners' answering brief by June 1, 2022, and respondent's reply brief by June 30, 2022.
