Plaintiff/Appellee FCA U.S. LLC ("FCA"), through its counsel, Stephen W. King, respectfully notifies the Clerk of the Court and all other parties that it withdraws the Motion for Temporary Admission of Michelle D. Gambino to Practice in this Case Pro Hac Vice ("Motion") filed on March 1, 2024. FCA will still be represented by the undersigned on appeal. Ms. Gambino remains counsel for FCA in the matter before the Oakland County Circuit Court. The undersigned will notify the State Bar of Michigan that the Motion has been withdrawn.
