ORDER
Sima G. Patel, Judge, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:
The motion to extend time to file transcript is GRANTED until November 27, 2023. If the transcripts are not filed as required by this order, this case shall be submitted on the involuntary dismissal docket for DISMISSAL without further notice. Further, costs in the amount of $250 may be assessed against counsel.
