The petition for writ of prohibition is dismissed. To the extent Petitioner seeks a writ of prohibition directed at the district court and the circuit court, the petition is hereby dismissed as moot. To the extent Petitioner seeks a writ of mandamus to compel the circuit court to vacate its order, the petition is hereby dismissed without prejudice to Petitioner seeking appropriate relief in the district court.
