Faust v. Cent. Greyhound, Lines Inc., of New York

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Fourth Department
Jan 8, 1947
271 App. Div. 948 (N.Y. App. Div. 1947)

Opinion

January 8, 1947.

Present — Taylor, P.J., Dowling, Harris, McCurn and Love, JJ.

Judgment and order reversed on the facts and a new trial granted, with costs to the appellant to abide the event, on the ground that the verdict is against the weight of the evidence. All concur, except Harris, J., who dissents and votes for affirmance. (The judgment is for plaintiff in an automobile bus line negligence action. The order denies a motion for a new trial.)
