ORDER

The case at Docket No. 2407-19 is calendared for trial on the Court's September 13, 2021, New York, New York, trial session. On August 6, 2021, petitioner filed a Motion for Continuance in the case at Docket No. 2407-19, and on August 16, 2021, petitioner filed a Motion To Consolidate Docket Numbers 2407-19 and 8508-20. Petitioner's motions state that respondent has no objection to the granting of the motions.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion for Continuance is granted, and the case at Docket No. 2407-19 is stricken for trial from the Court's September 13, 2021, New York, New York, trial session and is continued. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of the case at Docket No. 8508-20 is no longer retained by Judge Mark V. Holmes. It is further

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion To Consolidate Docket Numbers 2407-19 and 8508-20 is granted, and the above-docketed cases are consolidated for purposes of trial, briefing, and opinion.
