ORDER

David Gustafson Judge.

In these consolidated cases, petitioners have filed eleven motions to enforce subpoenas against third parties. By our order of September 23, 2022, we denied two of those eleven, leaving nine motions still pending. It is

ORDERED that, no later than October 14, 2022, petitioners shall file a status report or other appropriate filing that shall update the Court on the status of the third parties' production of documents. If petitioners intend to withdraw any of the motions, then they shall do so by that date.
