ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge.

On June 15, 2023, the Court entered an Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction in this case on the ground that petitioners had failed to submit the filing fee. On July 12, 2023, petitioners paid the filing fee for this case.

Further review of the record in this case shows that, to date, petitioners have failed to file a ratification of petition as directed by the Court's Order served May 3, 2023.

In consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that the Court's Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction entered in this case is hereby vacated and set aside. It is further

ORDERED that the time within which petitioners shall file a ratification of petition as directed by the Court's Order served May 3, 2023, is extended to August 3, 2023. Failure to comply with this Order may result in the dismissal of this case or other appropriate action by the Court. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall attach to the copy of this Order served on petitioners a form that may be used by petitioners for purposes of ratifying the petition.

RATIFICATION OF PETITION

We, Hayle Fatino and Travis Dority, have read the Petition filed with the Court on April 3, 2023, and do hereby ratify and affirm the filing of said document by affixing our signatures hereto.
