ORDER


Plaintiffs commenced this action on August 7, 2002 by filing a Summons and Complaint with the Clerk of the United States District Court, Southern District of New York. Defendant Cosmetic Essence Inc. ("CEI") was duly served on August 16 and the remaining Defendants were duly served on August 8, 2002. CEI's answer was due on September 25, 2002 while the other Defendants' answers were due on September 17, 2002.

Defendants did not answer and on October 4, 2002, Plaintiffs filed a default motion pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 55. On October 16, 2002, counsel for Defendants requested that Plaintiffs' default motion be stayed and that we extend Defendants' time to file a motion to dismiss. That request is GRANTED. Defendants shall submit their motion to dismiss within twenty (20) days of issuance of this Order. Plaintiffs shall submit their motion in opposition within fourteen (14) days of service of Defendants' motion to dismiss. Both motions are limited to twenty-five (25) pages in length. Any reply papers must be served within five business days of service of the opposition papers and are limited to ten pages in length.
