For the reasons assigned in the case of Farwell v. Milliken Farwell, Inc., La. App., 145 So.2d 644, the judgment of the District Court maintaining exceptions of no right and no cause of action to the petitions of plaintiff be and the same is hereby affirmed.

Affirmed.
