On August 17, 2021, respondent filed a Notice of Filing of Petition and Right to Intervene. On October 14, 2021, petitioner filed document designated as an "Answer", stating therein that petitioner's spouse, Francis E. Farren, does not intend to intervene in this case.

Because petitioner's Answer is not a filing contemplated under the Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's Answer, filed October 14, 2021, is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case.
