DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Appeals from four orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated May 13, 2019, May 17, 2019, May 23, 2019, and June 7, 2019, respectively, and from an unsigned transcript of the proceedings of the same court which occurred on May 8, 2019, which were determined by decision and order of this Court dated May 26, 2021. Motion by the appellant, in effect, for leave to reargue the appeals to the extent of reinstating the complaint against the defendants Zwanger-Pesiri Radiology Group, LLP, and Zwanger-Pesiri-Lidi, LLP.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied as unnecessary, as the decision and order of this Court dated May 26, 2021, reversed the dismissal of the complaint as to all defendants in the action.
