RULING ON PLAINTIFFS' MOTION TO COMPEL
Plaintiffs and Defendant have reported to the Court that they have reached agreement on all but three of the issues raised in Plaintiffs' Motion to Compl [Doc. No. 28]. The Court hereby orders that the following numbered documents from the Defendant's privilege log be submitted for in camera review before a final decision may be made on that portion of the Motion: Document Numbers 6, 14, 19, 30-33, 35-38, 40-45, 50-76, 78-79, 81-82, 91, 931 97, 103, 114-115, 118, 120, and 122. These documents shall be submitted to the Court on or before August 28, 2000.
As to Document Request Number 18 for Defendant's mortality tables, that part of the Motion to Compel is GRANTED. Regarding Document Request Number 25, Defendant has turned over ten (10) complaints against its Boston office. The Court will take this production as complete, as the attorneys who turned this material over are officers of the Court, owing a duty of truthfulness to that Court. Until such time as it is proven otherwise, the Court holds that that portion of the Motion to Compel [Document Request Number 25] is DENIED AS MOOT.
