ORDER

On January 21, 2022, counsel for petitioners filed the expert report of Rebecca Schreyer. On January 24, 2022, respondent filed a motion in limine to exclude the expert report of Rebecca Schreyer.

On January 25, 2022, this case was called for trial at the Court's Salt Lake City, Utah remote session. Both counsel for petitioners and respondent appeared before the Court and were heard. Upon due consideration and for cause more fully appearing in the transcripts of the proceedings, it is

ORDERED that respondent's motion in limine is taken under advisement. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before March 28, 2022, the parties shall file memorandum briefs on the matter of the expert report of Rebecca Schreyer.
