Action to foreclose a mortgage on certain of the named defendant and the defendant Martin H. Frimberger's real property, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of New Haven and tried to the court, Stengel, J.; judgment of strict foreclosure, from which the named defendant appealed to this court. Affirmed.

John T. O'Reilly, pro se, the appellant (named defendant).
