ORDER

PER CURIAM.

Vance R. Clark appeals from the judgment following a bench trial on a petition for declaratory judgment filed by Farm Bureau Town & Country Insurance Company of Missouri, and on Clark's counterclaims against Farm Bureau and its insurance agent, John Robinson. We have reviewed the briefs of the parties and the record on appeal and conclude no reversible error occurred. A published written opinion would have no precedential value. We have, however, provided a memorandum setting forth the reasons for our decision to the parties for their use only. We affirm the judgment pursuant to Missouri Supreme Court Rule 84.16(b).

Respondents’ Motion to Dismiss and Appellant's Motion to Strike Respondent's Brief are denied.
