ORDER GRANTING MOTION TO AMEND COMPLAINT

On June 1, 2004, Plaintiffs filed a Motion to Amend Complaint to "clarify the information set forth in the Statement of Facts" and to clarify the allegations directed at Defendants. Pla.'s Mtn. to Amend, docket no. 26. Defendant's have not filed any opposition to this motion.

Accordingly, for good cause shown, and pursuant to Rule 15 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and Local Rule 7-1(d), the Court hereby GRANTS Plaintiff's Motion to Amend.
