ORDER

David Gustafson, Judge

This case was set for trial at the New York City trial session of the Tax Court beginning March 28, 2022. On March 7, 2022, the Commissioner filed a status report, stating that the parties expected to settle the case. However, when this case was called from the calendar on March 28, 2022, there was no appearance by or on behalf of petitioner, Carlos Farinhas; and counsel for the Commissioner appeared and stated that, although the parties still expect to settle, they have not yet agreed on a proposed stipulated decision. It is

ORDERED that the judge signing this order retains jurisdiction. It is further

ORDERED that on or before May 27, 2022, the parties shall file a Proposed Stipulated Decision or another appropriate motion.
