ORDER

Luz Elena D. Chapa, Justice

The clerk's record has been filed in this appeal. Under Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 34.5(d), if a relevant item has been omitted from the clerk's record, the appellate court may direct the trial court clerk to prepare, certify, and file a supplemental record containing the omitted items. See Tex. R. App. P. 34.5(c). The clerk's record in this case does not contain, among other things:

1. Any special plea or defense motion that was presented to the court and overruled,
2. any written waiver,
3. any written stipulation,
4. the court's docket sheet,
5. the court's judgment being appealed,
6. any request for preparation of a clerk's record or reporter's record, or
7. the certification of the defendant's right to appeal.

Accordingly, we order the county court clerk to file a supplemental clerk's record containing all of the documents above, along with any other record documents not already included in the clerk's record filed August 8, 2024, in this court on or before August 23, 2024. See id.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the said court on this 13th day of August, 2024.
