This case was called from the calendar during the Court's Los Angeles, California trial session on April 4, 2022, for hearing on respondent's motions to dismiss for lack of prosecution filed January 13, 2021, and March 4, 2022. Both parties appeared and were heard. This case was recalled the same afternoon. At that time, the parties informed the Court that they had reached a basis for settlement. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that respondent's motion to dismiss for lack of prosecution, filed on January 13, 2021, is denied as moot. It is also

ORDERED that respondent's motion to dismiss for lack of prosecution, filed on March 4, 2022, is denied as moot.
