ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge.

Upon due consideration of respondent's Motion to Remove Small Tax Case Designation, filed September 18, 2024; there being no objection to the granting of that Motion; and for cause, it is

ORDERED that respondent's above-referenced Motion is granted. It is further

ORDERED that the docket number of this case is amended by deleting the letter "S" therefrom, and the Clerk of the Court is hereafter directed to process this case to trial or other disposition as a regular tax case. Because only small tax cases are heard in Wichita, Kansas, it is further

ORDERED that, on the Court's own motion, the place of trial in this case is changed to Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
