SALIM FARAH, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge

In the Petition filed to commence this case on February 19, 2023, petitioner's counsel, Joseph Falcone, listed his own mailing address as petitioner's mailing address for purposes of this case (i.e., "c/o Joseph Falcone"). On June 29, 2023, the Court filed a Notice of Change of Address and Telephone Number for Joseph Falcone. On the same date, Mr. Falcone electronically filed and designated a document as a Second Amendment to Notice of Change of Address and Telephone Number for Joseph Falcone. Following review of these filings, the Court spoke with Mr. Falcone by telephone to clarify his correct contact information and communication preferences. The Court's records have been updated to reflect that information and those preferences.

In view of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall change petitioner's mailing address in the Court's records to match the new mailing address set forth in the above-referenced Notice of Change of Address and Telephone Number for Joseph Falcone. It is further

ORDERED that the Second Amendment to Notice of Change of Address and Telephone Number for Joseph Falcone is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case.
