ORDER

This case is scheduled for trial at the session of the Court to commence at Washington, District of Columbia on May 30, 2023.

On March 21, 2023, the parties filed a proposed stipulated decision (Doc. 7) referencing a settlement stipulation which has not been filed setting forth any stipulated facts. Therefore, the Court is unable to determine whether the parties intended to file a settlement stipulation outlining any additional settlement terms and thus will strike the proposed stipulated decision.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the parties' proposed stipulated decision (Doc. 7), filed March 21, 2023, is hereby stricken from the Court's record and shall not be viewable as part of this case. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before April 28, 2023, the parties shall electronically file a proposed stipulated decision or status report (preferably a joint report) to inform the Court of the then-present status of this case.
